Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely confident when purchasing from Packs & Parcels.

All graded trading cards are sold as collectible items. Each card has been professionally graded and sealed by the grading company stated in the listing. Grading is subjective and final.

Returns are accepted only if the item is not as described or arrives damaged.
The exact card shown in the listing images is the card that will be shipped.

We do not accept returns based on:

• Personal opinion on centering, surface, corners, or edges

• Disagreement with the assigned grade

• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and item so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Approved returns must be sent back in the original condition and packaging.
